APPROVED: Mayor of th~ City of Santa Aha.' On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried the City Council adjourned to Monday, January 23rd, 1933 at V:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. Santa Ana City Hall. January 23rd, 1933. V:30 P.M. City Council met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called to order by Mayor Wi~ner. Present: Trustees J.L. McBride, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Absent: Trustees None. In Re Communication S.A. Realty Board. In Re Electric Sign. In Re Monthly Repor~ Health Department. In Re Petition Junk Dealers. On motion cf Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and car- ried, the communication from the Santa Ana Realty Board relative to collecting city licenses from all real estate brokers operating from their homes and offices, was received and filed. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the application of Friend-Ma~ting Light and Fixttu~e Company to ha~g an electric sign for the Famous Department Store at 201 E. Fourth Street, was. granted under ~supervision of the Electrical Inspector on conditio: that the signatures of merchants in the vicinity of the store approving sign ~e filed with the Clerk and attached to the application. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by McBride and car- ried, the report of the Health Department for the months of October,' November and December, was referred to the Finance Con~nlttee. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Hasenjaeger and carried, the petition of Kaplan and Roth and other Junk dealers for the reduction of their city license, was denied.
