APPROVED: <br /> <br /> Mayor of th~ City of Santa Aha.' <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br />the City Council adjourned to Monday, January 23rd, 1933 <br />at V:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />Santa Ana City Hall. <br /> <br />January 23rd, 1933. V:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular adjourned session. <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Wi~ner. <br /> <br />Present: Trustees J.L. McBride, E.G. Warner, <br />W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Communication <br /> <br />S.A. Realty Board. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Electric Sign. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Monthly Repor~ <br /> <br />Health Department. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition <br /> <br />Junk Dealers. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the communication from the Santa Ana Realty Board <br />relative to collecting city licenses from all real estate <br />brokers operating from their homes and offices, was <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the application of Friend-Ma~ting Light and <br />Fixttu~e Company to ha~g an electric sign for the Famous <br />Department Store at 201 E. Fourth Street, was. granted <br />under ~supervision of the Electrical Inspector on conditio: <br />that the signatures of merchants in the vicinity of the <br />store approving sign ~e filed with the Clerk and attached <br />to the application. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the report of the Health Department for the months <br />of October,' November and December, was referred to the <br />Finance Con~nlttee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, the petition of Kaplan and Roth and other Junk <br />dealers for the reduction of their city license, was <br /> <br />denied. <br /> <br /> <br />
