An Ordinance entitled: "Am OA-Mtn~me of the City of Santa Aha amending Ordinan; No. 82~ entitled: An Ordinance providing ~or the appoint- memt ~of a ~ci~y poumd-keeper and fixing his salary; riding the fees therefor; and providing for the taking and impounding of all animals fo,;~d at large upon a~y street, sidewalk, alley or other public place within the City of Santa Ama" was i=troduced, read, considered and referred back to t he City Attorney.
