LeGaye, E.G.Warner, <br />W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Applications <br /> <br />Taxicab Drivers. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Electric Signs. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Annual Library Report. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Health Report. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Legal Beverages. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Agreement with <br /> <br />Board of Education. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />City Hall Site. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by LeGaye and carried <br /> the applications of Richard Myers, Dale A. Tedrow and <br /> Everett E. Reid for permits to drive taxicabs for the <br /> Broadway Cab, were referred t o the Taxicab <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and <br /> carried, the applications of Richard Myers, Dale A. <br /> <br />· and Everett E. Reid, were granted. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br /> carried, the applications of MacFarlane Electric to ha~ <br /> electrical signs for the C.P. Kelley Cafe at 410 N. <br /> Sycamore Street and R. C. Pearce, 406 N. Sycamore Street, <br /> were granted under supervision of the Electrical Inspecto~ <br /> , <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by <br /> Penn and carried, the annual report of the Library Board <br /> for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1933, was referred <br /> to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried <br /> the Health Report for the months of April, May and June <br /> was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br /> the application of A. 4' McPherson to sell legal beverage <br /> at his place of business, 826 S. Main Street, was granted <br /> with the provision that license will be revocable if the <br /> person or firm does not comply with the Ordinance regulat. <br /> ing such business. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br /> carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign an <br /> agreement with the Board of Education permitting the use <br /> of the playground facilities of the Spumgeon, Lincoln and <br /> Franklin Schools for summer playground activities. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried <br /> the Chair was authorized to appoint a committee to <br /> a site for the erection of a City Hall, The Finance <br /> <br /> <br />
