No. 2366 <br /> <br />Dedicating "Sack Fisher Park". <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />O~dinanc~ <br />C~osing Hours--Pool Halls. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br /> carried, all bids received fe~ the purchase of street <br /> sweeper were rejected and the Clerk was instructed to <br /> return the checks of the unsuccessful bidders. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br /> carried, the City Auditor was authorized to purchase a <br /> street sweeper on the open market. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and <br /> carried, two police cars used for night patrol work were <br /> ordered equipped with radio sets and Chief of Police ard <br /> City Auditor were instructed to investigate radio sets <br /> <br />· most suitable for Santa Aha Police work. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- <br /> ried, the request of E. T. 0~Mailia to have the street <br /> light standard at 1015 W. 5th Street moved,~ was referred <br /> to the Street Commissioner and Superintendent. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carrie( <br /> the proposed Ordinance amending Dog License Ordinance <br /> was taken under advisement. <br /> <br /> A 2esolution~ was introduced resolving that the property <br /> described as a portion of Lot 26 of Potts, Borden and <br /> Sidwell Tr.act bounded on the west by Flower Street and <br /> on the sou~th by Santiago Creek, which property has been <br /> heretofore deeded to the City of Santa Ama, be dedicated <br /> as a public park for the use of the citizens of Santa An~ <br /> and that the name of said park be designated "Jack Fisher <br /> ~Park". The resolution was ordered filed, ~read, con- <br /> sidered, designated Resolution No. 2366 and passed by <br /> the following vote: <br /> <br /> .Ayes, Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, <br /> A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> An Ordinance was introduced regulating the closing hours <br /> to lB P.M. of Pool Halls in the City of Santa Ans. The <br /> Ordinance was read, considered and referred back to the <br /> City Attorney. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Warner and car- <br /> ried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, August 28th, <br /> 1933, at V:30 P.M. in the Council C~amber. <br /> <br /> <br />
