In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 984 <br /> <br />Dog licenses, etc. <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Au Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, <br />fixing the license fees to be paid on <br />dogs, esta01ishing the office of pou~xi- <br />keeper, and setting out the duties to be <br />performed by him and fixing his compensation" <br /> <br />was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 984, and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees: A.F. LeGaye, E.G.Warner, W.H.Penn, <br /> A.C.HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Minutes of meetings of August 21st & 28th <br /> were approved as read. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Communications <br /> <br />Cities of Riverside <br /> <br />and Pasadena. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Request of <br /> <br />S.A. City Schools. <br /> <br />Communications were read from the City of Pasadena and <br />the City of Riverside requesting cooperation and support <br />to hold the California League of Municipalities Conventio~ <br />in their cities next year. On motion of Trustee Penn, <br />seconded by Warner and carried, the c~unicatiormwere <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and car- <br />ried, the request of Geo. D. Newcom, Secretary to the <br />Santa Ana City Schools to deputize Mr. Otto Clyde at the <br />High School without pay and the Clerk was instructed to <br />advise Mr. A.R. Krause, who has been serving in that <br /> <br />capacity to turn in his deputy badge. <br /> <br /> <br />
