In Re Appli marion Motor Fuels, Ltd. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the application of MacFarlane ElectrtO for permis- sion to hang an electric sign for A. B; Watson at 1208 N. Main Street, was granted under supervision of the Electri. cal Inspector. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the monthly reports for the month of August of the City Officers, were referred to the Finance Committee On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according to demands audited by the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the application of A. B. Berry to sell legal beverages at ll5 N. Main Street, was granted with the provision that license will be revocable if person or firm does not comply with the Ordinance regulating such business. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the Clerk was authorized to issue a warrant in amount of $200.00 to George Raymer, Chair~nan of the N.R.A covering expenses of the N.R.A. Committee, with the pro- vision that that any further requests for funds should be submitted to the Council for approval and authorization. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the report of A. F. Moulton on Playground activitie~ and closing August 31st, put into operation July 7th,/1933, at Lincoln, Spurgeon and Franklin Schools and at the Municipal Bowl, was accepted and the Clerk Was of appreciation and thanks Heard, Wilbur Stinchfteld, instructed to write a letter Eo A. F. Moulton, William Lorraine Farrage, Lilltan and Do~Is ~lset for their work in connection with the Playground activities. On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the property at the southeast corner of Fifteentl and Main Street was ordered posted for special uses and the hearing date set September llth, 1933, in accordance with the application of Motor Fuels, Ltd., for permission to install three storage tanks and pumps and one air oompre s sot.
