tn Re Ordinance No. 985 Amending Water Rates. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 639, Section 2 thereof, entitled "An Ordinance establishing water rates in the City of Santa Ana, and prescribing rules and regu- lations governing consumption of water and fixing a penalty for the violation thereof." was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 985 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees: A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. Hasenjaegor, Paul B. Witmer. Noes, Trustees:None Absent, Trustees: None. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried the City Council adjourned. APPROVE~): Mayor of the Cit~ of Santa Ana. Santa Aha City Hall. September 18th, 1933. 7:30 P.M. City Council met in regular session. Meeting called to order by the Clerk. Present: Trustees A.F. LeGaye, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. Hasenjaeger. Absent: Trustees Paul B. Witmer. In the absence of Mayor Witmer, on motion of Trustee LeGaye, seconded by Warner and carried, Trustee HasenJaeger was appointed Mayor Pro Tam. Minutes of meetings of September 5th and llth were approved as read. In Re Comr~unication Bd.of Fire Underwriters. In Re Offer of Hawks-Van Drimlen. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried the communication of the Board of Pire Underwriters of the Pacific suggesting that the Fire Chief attend the Annual Convention of the Association to be held at Portland from September 26th to 28th, was referred to the Fire Chief. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried, the offer of Hawks-Van Drimlen to sell or exchange the property at the northeast corner of Third and Bush Street for City Hall site, was received and filed.
