In Re Relocation of Home Cab Company & Courtesy Cab Co. APPROVED: Mayor of the City of San a Ana. of the City and if a suitable surety bond cannot be secured which is reasonable in cost, the committee is to prepare a complete questionnaire to be filled out by the applicants. Trustees Warner, LeGaye and the City Attorne were appointed asthe committee. On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by LeGaye and carried, the applications of the Home Cab Company,'315 N. Sycamore Street, and the Courtesy Cab Company, 312 N. Main Street, to move their cab services to 301 N. Sycamore Street, were granted. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and car- ried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, May 14th, 1934 at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. City Q~er~. Santa Ana City Hall. On motion of Trustee HesenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the application of Clarence H. Kreps for permis- sion to drive a taxicab for C. W. Williams of the Broadway Cab Company was referred to the Taxicab Commission. A Resolution was presented signed by the Santa Ana Electri. .cal Club, and others, requesting the City Council to pass a standard Ordinance regulating the sale of electrical ma'terial, devices, applicances and equipment, which would prohibit the sale of inferior quality of merchandise. On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by LeGa~'e and carried, the Resolution and proposed Ordinance was refer- red to the City Attorney for investigation.
