M. <br /> <br />seconded by Penn and carried, <br />Cory, Assistant County Agent of <br /> <br /> U.S.D.Ao expressing appreciation for the use of the Council <br /> Chambers on February 22nd for the lima bean and sugar beet <br /> growers' institute held on said date, was received and <br /> Clerk instructed to acknowledge same. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> A petition of residents and neighbcurs on behalf of Mr. snd <br /> Mrs. T. Mi Gilmore, 311 McFadden Street, was read requesting <br /> that they be allowed to keep a sufficient number of chickens <br /> for their living. On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by <br /> Penn and carried, the report of the Sanitary Inspector on <br /> condition existing at 311 McFadden Street, was approved and <br /> the Fire Chief and Sanitary Inspector were instructed to <br /> enforce the existing Ordinances. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign an agreement wit! <br /> G. A. Bradley covering the construction of an electric sign <br /> at 320 S. Main Street, a portion of which sign extends over <br /> and upon the five foot set-back line established on S. Main S' <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the monthly reports of city officers for the month of Febru- <br />ary, were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according to the <br />demands audited by the Finance Committee, numberio~ from l?@l <br /> <br />~o 1999, inclusive. <br />. <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the annual report for 1935 of the Orange County Health Depart <br />ment, was referred to the Finance Committee for checking. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the report of E.
