Smith, Plummet W. Bruns, <br /> W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />action was deferred on the adoption of the Ordinance regulat- <br />ing the use of public highways within the City of Santa Aha, <br />until written approval is received by the City Attorney from <br />the State Highway Department. <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Smith that the Council proceed to <br />acquire the Tiede property at the northwest corner of Flower <br />and Washington Avenue, for park purposes, was lost for lack <br />of a second. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the present option on the Tiede property at the northwest cot. <br />ncr of Flower and Washington Avenue, be allowed to expire, <br />if the City has any interest in the option. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, <br />.....
