Hutchcroft for the Security Benefit Assn., Juvenile Section, for a permit to conduct public dan- ces each Saturday evenings at the Palm Ballroom, Third and Ross Street, was granted on recommendation of the Police Commissioner. Broadway, was granted pending approval of the Electrical Inspector and same to be hung under his supervision.
