County. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the report of the Health Department for the months of Januar <br />February and ~iarch, 1936, was received and referred to the <br />Finance Committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to enter into agreement <br />with C. E. Price for a term of two years beginning April 1st <br />1936, covering the rental of property and disposal of City <br />garbage for the sum of $225.00 per month unless the price of <br />fat hogs averages below six cents per pound for any <br />calendar month, then no rental shall be paid on the 1st day <br />of the next succeeding calendar month. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the City Engineer and Auditor were authorized to enter into <br />a contract with Frank L. Smith and W. S. Smith, Jr., to fur- <br /> <br />nish necessary services, equipment <br />Joint 0utfall Sewer in the Pacific <br />Ana and other cities operating the <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />and labor to repair the <br />Ocean, on behalf of Santa <br /> <br />Joint 0utfall Sewer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />Trustee Smith was appointed as a committee of one to repre- <br />sent the City of Santa Ana to employ an engineer to make a <br />survey of Section One of the Joint 0utfall Sewer and report <br /> <br /> 0utfall Sewer Board. <br /> <br />to the Joint <br />On motion of <br /> <br /> Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the City Attorney was directed to ascertain the sentiments <br />of the City Attorneys Gf other municipalities relative to a <br />county-wide ordinance regulating the distribution of adver- <br />tising in incorporated cities. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />action was postponed on the matter with reference to employ- <br />ing a caretaker at the City's campgrounds at Forest Home for <br />a period of five' months to clean up the grounds. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the report of the City Auditor relative to savings on interes <br />charges on delinquent bonds on Acqusition and Improvement <br />District No. 5, known as Richland Avenue, was referred to the <br />Finance Committee and City Attorney. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Mr. Everett A.
