Rowland. <br /> <br />Copies of ~esolution No. 2471 were ordered sent to Governor <br />Merriam, State Board of Prison Directors and to the Board <br />of Supervisors .of Orange County. <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the opinion of L.
