Howell in amount of <br />$1000.00 covering subdivision of Map Tract #1012, was accep- <br />ted and ordered filed ~ith the City Clerk. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to sign the Council's approval to <br />Map Tract #1013 as far as it refers to the 0utfall Sewer of <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the applications of Electrical Contractors for permits to <br />hang electric signs, were granted under supervision of the <br />Electrical Inspector at the following locations: <br /> <br />Police Department <br />E. V. Zirinsky <br />Institute of Music <br />Collins' Garage <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, <br /> <br />City Hall <br />016 E. &th St. <br />409 W. 4th St. <br />ll& N. Sycamore St. <br /> <br />seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> <br />the application of Bert E. Dawson for a permit to maintain a <br />patrol Service in the territory described as East of Main <br />Street and North of Walnut Street, was referred to the com- <br />mittee appointed to be acted upon with other applications. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the application of Alfred G. Crossno for a permit to drive a <br />taxicab for the Courtesy Cab Company, was granted on recom- <br />mendation of the Taxicab Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the report of the Health Department for the fourth quarter <br />of 1986, was received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the monthly reports of the various city officers for January <br />were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according to <br />audited by the Finance Committee numbering from 1580 to 1720 <br />inclusive. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution accepting Deed from the County of Orange for <br /> Park and Playground purposes" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2510 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> · Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, W. H. Penn, Ernest H. <br /> <br />Layton, Fred C. Ro~vland. <br /> <br /> <br />
