No. 2510 Accepting Deed f~om County of Orange. On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, the bond and cashier's check of David J. Howell in amount of $1000.00 covering subdivision of Map Tract #1012, was accep- ted and ordered filed ~ith the City Clerk. . On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the Council's approval to Map Tract #1013 as far as it refers to the 0utfall Sewer of the City of Santa Ana. # On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, the applications of Electrical Contractors for permits to hang electric signs, were granted under supervision of the Electrical Inspector at the following locations: Police Department E. V. Zirinsky Institute of Music Collins' Garage On motion of Trustee Smith, City Hall 016 E. &th St. 409 W. 4th St. ll& N. Sycamore St. seconded by Penn and carried, the application of Bert E. Dawson for a permit to maintain a patrol Service in the territory described as East of Main Street and North of Walnut Street, was referred to the com- mittee appointed to be acted upon with other applications. On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, the application of Alfred G. Crossno for a permit to drive a taxicab for the Courtesy Cab Company, was granted on recom- mendation of the Taxicab Commission. On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, the report of the Health Department for the fourth quarter of 1986, was received and filed. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the monthly reports of the various city officers for January were referred to the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according to audited by the Finance Committee numbering from 1580 to 1720 inclusive. On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution accepting Deed from the County of Orange for Park and Playground purposes" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2510 and passed by the following vote: · Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Ro~vland.
