Conner. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution concerning Parking Limitations under <br /> Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2511 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Joseph P. Smith, W. H. Penn, <br /> Ernest H. Layton, Plummer W. B~uns. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />~h~motion of Trustee Smith to amend the Ordinance creating a <br />traffic safety commission and a traffic safety patrol in the <br />City of Santa Ana by striking out SectiOn 3 and 5 and other <br />sections appertaining thereto, was lost for lack of a second. <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance creating a Traffic Safety Commission and a <br /> Traffic Safety Patrol in the City of Santa Ana and <br /> prescribing rules and regulations therefor." <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1038 and <br />passed by the follow~ng vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, <br /> Plummet W. B~ns. <br /> <br /> Joseph P. Smith <br /> <br /> Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, <br /> <br />March 15th, 1937,was designated as DeMolay Day and the <br /> <br />to take over the govermental function of the City of Santa <br /> <br />On notion of Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, that the <br />commendation and appreciation of the City of Santa Ama <br />through the City Council be extended to Mr. H. II.
