Noes, Trustees: None Absent, Trustees: None On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 809 and changing the zone upon that certain real property fronting on Broadway between Fifteenth Street and Twentieth Street from "Single F~mily Residence Zone" to Apartment House Zone" was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1059 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees: Plummet W. Bruns, ~1~ Smith, W.H.Penn, Fred C. Rowland. Noes, Trustees: None Absent,Trustees: None On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 1058 entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aua regulating the erection, construction, repair, enlargement, alteration, removal, demolition and occupancy of all buildings and structures in said City, and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor, and repealing Ordinance No. lO10 of said City" was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. lOA0 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees: Plummer W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W.H.Penn, Ernest H. ~ayton, Fred C. Rowland. Noes, Trustees: None Absent,Trustees: None On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the report of work as submitted by the Auditor, on the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, during the month of January, 1957, was received and filed.
