<br /> Town of Santa Ana', and providing additional provisions
<br /> concerning drunkenness,

<br /> was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1041 and
<br /> passed by the following vote:

<br />Smiley and Fanuie M. Smiley, his wife, covering easement for
<br />sewer line along Lots ~ and 9, Potts, Borden and Sidwell
<br />Tract, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2515
<br />and passed by the' following vote:

<br />Ana declaring its intention to order the abandonment of
<br />a portion of a certain street known as Santa Aha Boulevard
<br />within said City, which portion of said street is described
<br />as being a certain portion of th~ property over which there
<br />exists an easement for slope and/or revetment work and
<br />declaring it to be for the public interest and convenience,
<br />and fixing the time and place for hearing objections to
<br />said proposed improvement"
