Larkin for permission to display <br />and sell house trailers on Lot 50 Tract 579, Junior High <br />School ~ract located on South Main Street between Russell and <br />Wilshire Streets, was refer~ed to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Stuns and carried, <br />the application of James S. Jones for a permit to erect a <br />duplex on Lot 20 and the north one-half of Lot 21, Tract 354 <br />located on the east side of Olive Street between Tenth and <br />Washington, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion o: <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and carried, the property <br />described a~ Lot 20 and the north one-half of Lot 21, Tract <br /> <br /> ordered Posted for special uses and the Joint hear- <br /> set April 19th, 1937. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the <br />application of J. A. Milbrat to have the northwest corner of <br />First and Shelton Streets rezoned to permit the construction <br />of a drive-in market, was referred to the Planning Commission <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bl~uns and carried, <br />the communication of B. W. Stevens requesting that single <br />chimes or bells be placed on the stop signals located at the <br />intersections of First and Main Streets and at Seventeenth <br />and Main Streets and that stop signs be placed on Seventeenth <br />Street at Broadway, was referred to the Traffic Safety Com- <br />mission for recommendation. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the applications of 0tin W. Hamel, C. D. Graham and Walter F. <br />Hodge for permits to drive taxicabs, were granted on recom- <br />mendation of the Taxicab Commission. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the <br />applications of Electrical Contractors for permits to hang <br />electrical signs, were granted under supervision of the <br /> <br />Electrical Inspector at <br /> <br />J.
