On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, the property at the northeast corner ~ Main and Chestnut Streets was ordered posted for special uses and the hearing date set February ~t. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the application of H. E. Harrigan to erect a duplex at 1424 Cypress Avenue, was referred to the Planning Commission. On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the property at 14~S Cypress Avenue was ordered posted for special uses and the hearing date set February 1st, 1937. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the application of Emma M. McCullough for a permit to con- struct a mortuary on the southwest corner of Sycamore and Seventeenth Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the property at the southwest corner of 17th and Sycamore Streets was ordered posted for special uses and the hearing date set February 1st On mo~lon of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, Map p.r. esented by W.
