Smith---Public Health. <br /> Plummet W. Bruns---Public Safety. <br /> D. W. Kelsey---Public Ways. <br /> E. D. Most---City Development. <br /> Fred C. Rowland---Public Relations. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Yost, seconded by Kelsey and carried, <br />the recommendations and appointments made by the Mayor were <br />accepted and approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Kelsey and carried, <br />all appointive officers and employees of the City of Santa <br />Ana are to continue in office at the pleasure of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />On motion of Tr~stee Kelsey, seconded by Yost and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Cl~rk was accepted and ',Mm. W. Garvi~ <br />was appointed Chief License Inspector and R. E. Steinberger <br />as assistant License Inspector. <br /> <br />At this time, the City Clerk gave the oath of office to <br />Donald D. Harwood as City Judge of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Yost ~nd carried, <br />the following bonds of elective city officers were accepted <br />and ordered approved: <br /> <br /> Margaret L. -Esau, Treasurer $50,000.00 <br /> Lew W.
