456 <br /> <br />Mayor of the Ci£~' of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Trustee Deckert moved that this matter be tabled until <br />next meeting in view of the fact that a survey is being <br />made in regard to retention of Civilian Defense set-up <br />and that this report would be available the first of <br />April. Motion lost for lack of a second. <br /> <br />The City Attorney stated that dignitaries of the Army <br />are of the opinion that Civilian Defense set-up should <br />be retained for the present. <br /> <br />Trustee Deckert moved that a roll-call vote be called <br /> <br /> carried by the following vote: <br /> <br /> W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, <br /> W.J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman. <br /> Dale G. Dicksou, Master <br />Counselor, Santa Ana Chapter, Order of the De Molay, <br />expressing sincere appreciation for the courtesy and <br />consideration extended by the Council and the he,ds of <br />the various departments of the City to the De Molay boys <br />on the occasion of their Ninth observance of "Civic Day"i <br />was received and filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
