<br /> On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and
<br /> carried, communication from Geo. G. Boyd, Chief of Police,
<br /> advising of appointment of Talton J. Bunch, as patrolman~
<br /> effective March 23rd, 194~, was received and filed.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and
<br /> carried, the monthly reports of Harold Rasmussen, Bldg.
<br /> Inspector, for the City of Tustin and City of Santa Aha,
<br /> for March, 1944, and of Delbert L. Larsh, City Judge,
<br /> for March, 19~4, were received and filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and
<br />carried, the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants
<br />according to demands as audited by the Finance Com~nittee,
<br />numbering 1737 to 1899 inclusive.

<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the application of General Neon Co. to hang a
<br />neon sign for Ray A. Minkler, 1211 So. Main St., and
<br />application of Powell Neon Sign Co. to hang a neon sign
<br />for McCoy Drug Co. 600 No. Main St., were granted and
<br />signs ordered hung under the supervision of the Electrical
<br />Inspec for.

<br />carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030"

<br />establishing a no parkihg zone on the east side of French
<br />Street between 4th and 8th Sts., locatod as follows:
<br />the Southerly 21.5 feet of the Northerly 93.~ feet, was
<br />introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No.
<br />3334 a. nd passed by the following vote:
