In Re Ordinance regulating erection, const, etc. of all buildings, etc. 459 On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, Regulating the Erection, Construction, Enlargement, Alteration, Repair, Moving, Removal, Demolition, Conversion, Occupsncy Equipment, Use, Height, Area and Maintenance of all Build~ng and/or Structures in the City of Santa Ana; Providing for the Issuance of Permits and Collection of fees therefor; Providing Penalties for the Violation thereof; Declaring and Establishing Fire Zones; Repeal- ing Ordinance No. 1090 of the City of Santa Ana and all other Ordinances and Parts of the Ordinances in Conflict Therewith" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. In Re Ordinance No. 1134 Regulating Sale or Disposal of Electrical Materials, etc. In Re Ordinance Repealing Ord. No lll4 Conservation of Building ~sterials In Re Taxicab Drivers - Speeding On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordin~ce of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, Regulating the Sale or Disposal of Electrical Materials, Devices and Appliances" was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees 11~4 and Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, W.J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman None Otto R. Haan Noes, Trustees Absent,Trustees ,, On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance No. 1114 of the City of Santa Ana Relating to Conservation of Building Materials in Wartime" was intrqduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and c'arried, the Police Department was instructed to revoke City taxicab drive~s licenses of Kenneth Dale Merrick, Dolly Rose Cantwell, Albert Whetzel King and Robert I. Le Roy, all of whom have received three or more citations for speeding. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the City Council adjourned.
