<br /> On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and
<br /> carried, the Minutes of the Executive Board of the
<br />
<br /> Joint 0utfall Sewer meeting, held December 2nd, 1943,
<br /> and Dec.Sth, 1943,
<br /> were received and filed.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Haan and
<br /> carried, the monthly reports of Harold Rasmussen, Chief
<br /> Building Inspector, R.M.Crookshank, former Judge of the
<br /> City Court, for the period December 1st, 1943 to December
<br /> 20th, 1943, inclusive, and of Delbert L. Larsh, City
<br /> Judge for the period December 21st, 1943 to December
<br /> 31st, 1943, inclusive, were received and filed.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and
<br /> carried, the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants
<br /> according to demands as audited by the Finance Committee,
<br /> numbering 1164 to 1316 inclusive.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried,
<br />
<br />the recommendation, by Resolution, of the Planning
<br />Com~ission was concurred in and the application of Dr. H.
<br />
<br />Figdor to conduct the business of Chiropractor, at 1324
<br />
<br />Bush Street, was approved.

<br />.

<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and
<br />carried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations
<br /> Under Ordinance No. 1030"
<br />
<br />establishing a loading zone on the south side of First
<br />St. between Sycamore and Main Sts., located as follows:
<br />
<br /> The easterly 40 feet of the Westerly 50 feet,
<br />
<br />was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution
<br />No. 3322 and passed by the following vote:
<br />
<br /> Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon,
<br />
<br />Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney,
<br />Asa Hoffman.
<br />
<br />Noes, Trustees None
<br />Absent,Trustees None
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and
<br />carried, Resolution establishing a loading zone on the
<br />south side of Second St. between Birch and Broadway,
<br />located as follows: The Easterly 20 feet of the Westerly
<br />228 feet, was held up until the next meeting of the
<br />Council.
