On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" abandoning certain loading zone on the south side of W. 3rd St., between Main and Sycamore St., as follows the Easterly 20 feet of the Westerly 81 feet; was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3340 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Tr~stees Absent,Trustees W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney, Dale G. Deckert. None Asa Hoffman On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Fixing Time for Hearing Objections to Work or Improvement Under Resolution of Intention No. 3338 of this Council" covering the closing up and abandonment of an alley running easterly from Pacific Ave. in the vicinity of Pacific, West 6th and West 7th Sts., was introduced, reed, considered, designated Resolution No. 3341 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Ab sent, Trus tee s W.
