No. Cancellation of Taxes On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried, check in the amount of $7~49.44 from the Southern California Telephone Co. covering 2% franchise tax for ~ar ending October 12th, 1944, was received and Clerk instructed to deposit check. # On motion of Trustee Decke~t, seconded by Dixon and carried, the monthly reports of Building Inspector for City of Santa Aha and City of Tustin for October; Judge,s repox*c for month of October and annual repor~ of Bowers Memorial Museum, were received and filed. # On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the Clerk was authoriaed to draw warrants according to a emands as audited by the Finance Committee n,,m~ering ?$9 to 1014 inclusive. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Authorizing Execution of Agreement With the County of Orange" covering agreement between the City of Santa Ana and thet County of Orange for radio service for the Fire Depart- I ment broadcasting over Station~I}HX, was read, considerel, designated Resolution No. 3364 and passed by the follow- lng vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent,Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W.J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman. None None On motion of T~ustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute lease beween the City of Santa Ana and the Pacific Electric Ry. Co. covering an irregular shaped parcel of land south of the P.E. tracks easterly of Parker St., near Hargraves Station, for the period Nov. 1, 1944 to October ~1, 1946 inclusive, to be used for an Archery Range o On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Authorizing the Cancellation of Taxes on City Owned Property" covering cancellation of taxes on Lots 1 to 14 inclusive, in Block 2, Tract No. 881, located in the City of Santa ~ was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3365 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale ~.
