<br />llth to September 6th inclusive, was granted.

<br />notifications of the State Board of Equalization of alcoholic
<br />beverage applications made by Paul V. McCoy and Arnulfo L. Ramirez
<br />600 No. Main St., and Louis R. W~inberg, 803 So. Main St., were
<br />received and filed.

<br />application of Robert F. Colwell to drive taxicabs, was granted

<br />claim of Flora L. Schultz, for injuries sustained when she fell

<br />Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute agreement dated August
<br />1st, 1949, between City and Ralph Penso, covering installation and
<br />maintenance of advertising benches.

<br />Master Plan of Prentice Park, was approved.

<br />Clerk was instructed to write letter of commendation to R.C.Edward
<br />for his efforts in preparing legal papers relative to gift taxe~

<br />July, 1949, and second fiscal report for 1948-49 of Fire Departmen
<br />were received And filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, Mayor
<br />and Clerk were authorized to execute Lease No. 12700, dated Sept.
<br />1st, 1949, between City and Pacific Electric Ry. Co., granting to
<br />licensee privilege to construct, maintain and operate two four
<br />inch cast iron water pipes and one six inch concrete sewer pipe,
<br />near Evergreen Street and Hallad~Y Street.
