<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />Mayor was authorized to enter into escrow instructions in connect-
<br />ion with easement for right-of-way, to be given by Lew Stephens
<br />for storm sewer, on Delhi Road across the 40.15 feet of property
<br />
<br />adjoining Tract No. 1281 on the East.

<br />Resolution No. 260 of th® Planning Commission was adopted and
<br />variance application of Herbert C. Hendricks was granted to permit
<br />the establishment of a garage apartment in addition to a single
<br />family residence at 2020 Cypress Ave. on the south half of Lot 19
<br />in Block "B" of Tract No. 284.

<br />405' x 651' on the south side of East First Street, opposite
<br />Wright St., subject to certain conditions, was approved and
<br />variance granted.
