<br />were read and on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Chancy
<br />
<br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hear
<br />ing in a newspaper of general circulation, ten days prior to the
<br />
<br />next meeting of the Council on August 15th, 1949, relative to re-
<br />classification of above property.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the committee, and on motion of Trustee Reed,
<br />seconded by Mandy and carried, the bid of Sully Miller Contracting
<br />Co., in the amount of $84?6.60, was accepted covering the recon-
<br />struction of South Broadway between Commercial and Edinger Streets
<br />On recommendation of the committee, and on motion of Trustee Reed,
<br />seconded by Mandy and carried, the bid of Sully Miller Contracting
<br />Co., in the amount of $3495.30, was accepted covering improvement
<br />
<br />of Pomona St. from Broadway to Main
<br />.
<br />On recon~nendation of the committee,

<br />Streets.

<br />and on motion of Trustee Reed,
<br />
<br />seconded by Mandy and carried, the bid of Milosevich and Zarubica
<br />Construction Co., in the amount of $40,814.00, was accepted cover-
<br />lng the construction of a storm sewer on Delhi Road between Main
<br />and Rousselle Streets.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />plans for the construction of a 51" reinforced concrete storm
<br />sewer on Rousselle Street, Delhi Road to North Line, Tract No. 560
<br />were approved.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the
<br />plans for the construction of a reinforced concrete storm sewer-
<br />on South Flower, Edinger Street and Towner Street, between
<br />
<br />St. Andrews Place and Fairview Avenue, were approved.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution authorizing and directing the
<br /> City Clerk to advertise for bids for the
<br /> construction of a 51" reinforced concrete
<br /> storm sewer on Rousselle Street, Delhi Road
<br /> to North Line, Tract No. 560"
<br />
<br />was read, considered, designat ed Resolution No. 3822 and passed
<br />
<br />by the following vote:
