<br />establishing a twenty minute parking zone on the west side of
<br />
<br />Main Street between Edinger and Borchard Avenue, located as
<br />
<br />follows: the North 40.8 feet of the south 86.8 feet, was read,
<br />considered, designated Resolution No. 3824 and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:
