<br />of Santa Ana, California, ordering filing
<br />of plans and specifications and district
<br />map for construction of certain sanitary
<br />sewer work and work for the distribution of
<br />water"

<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3827 and passed by

<br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and carried, the

<br />Mayor and City Attorney were authorized to execute agreement
<br />between City of Santa Aha, City of Lynwood, and the County of
<br />
<br />Orange respecting the employment of Cecil D~nn, for opposition to
<br />
<br />the Pacific Electric Railway in their petition now before the
<br />
<br />Public Utilities Commission~ to discontinue passenger service.
