<br />one row of orange trees on property owned by Frank Borchard on
<br />
<br />Rousselle Street, if extended northerly, for storm sewer purposes.
<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the
<br />
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br />"Resolution authorizing and directing the
<br />City Clerk to advertise for bids for the
<br />construction of a reinforced concrete
<br />storm sewer on South Flower, Edinger Street
<br />and Towner Street, between St. Andrews
<br />Place and FairvieWAvenue"
<br />
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3829 and passed
<br />
<br />by the following vote:

<br />appointed to observe activities at first football game and in the

<br />meantime Resident-Manager be allowed four men to act as guards.
