Chevrolet Co.) and Lyon Streets, from the R-2 District to the C-2 District, in accordance with application of R.A.Turner, and on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, Attorney was instructed to prepare an Ordinance to change the zoning. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the variance application of Henry John and Pauline M. Keil to permit business on Lots 29, 30, 31 and 32 in Block "A" of Tract No. 531, which comprise 100 feet of frontage at approximately ~23 $o. ?,ycamore St., was held over until next meeting. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the variance application of Elbert C. Missildine, applicable to Lots 27 and 28 in Block "~" of Tract No. 531, which comprises 50 feet of frontage on So. Sycamore St., at the northeast corner of ,S, ycamore and Pomona Streets, was held over until next meeting. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the Resolution to establish a boulevard stop at the intersection of Broadway and Bishop was referred to the Police Department for recommendation. On motion Of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana amending Section 6 of City Ordinance No. 1262 entitled, "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana regulating parking and traffic movements on municipally owned parking lots" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Section 31 of City Ordinance Number 12 entitled "As Ordinance for the prevention and punishment of certain offenses against the peace, good order and health of the Town of Santa Ana" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending City Ordinance No. 1029 entitled, "An Ordinance in relation to and regulating the business of dealing in motor vehicles and providing penalties for the violation hereof" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. ,, On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee seconded by Reed and carried, the following Resolution Chandler, entitled: "Resolution concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" establishing a twenty-minute zone on the south side of West First Street between Sycamore and Main Streets, located as follows: the east 40 feet of the west 50 feet, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3830 and passed by the following vote:
