In Re Joint 0utfall Sewer Minutes On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the Minutes of the Executive Board of the Joint Outfall Sewer Meeting held at Anaheim, Sept. 1st, 1949, were received, approved and filed and City Attorney instructed to prepare the Notice to be served on the City of Newport Beach that connection will be dis- continued Sept. 1st, 19~l and that charge will be made in accord- ance with amount of sewage contributed in excess of the allowable In Re Request Polar Pantries of 100 miners' inches, per the agreement. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the request of the Salvation Army for the donation of a parking meter In Re Petition (Blvd. stop) E.Chestnut & Hall&day hood for use in front of the headquarters, was denied. ,, A petition was read signed by fifty-nine residents in the vicinity of E. Chestnut and Halladay Sts., requesting installation of boulevard stop signs on all corners of E. Chestnut and Halladay. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, request was referred to Chief of Police for investigation and to report In Re Beverage Application In Re Report Diehl ~ Co. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, notification of the State Board of Equalization of alcoholic beverage application made by Mike Jimenez and Gabriel Jimenez, 836 E. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Chandler and carried, the report of Diehl & Company covering the period July l, 1948 to June 30, 1949, was received and filed. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the biennial report of technical data, operation and expenditures of In Re Telegram In He Agreement S.A. Chamber of Commerce the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer for the period July 1, 1947 to June 30th, 1949, was received and filed. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, telegram from Fletcher Robertson, was received and filed. on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, agreement dated September 19th, 1949 between City and Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce, was approved and Mayor and Clerk authorized to execute agreement.
