<br />Ordinance Number 1030, amd determining the urgent neces-
<br />sity that such Ordinance be adopted and become immediately
<br />effective upon the day of its introduction and adoption"
<br />
<br />declaring that it shall be unlawful to stop, stand or park any
<br />
<br />motor vehicle, whether the vehicle is attended or unattended,
<br />
<br />immediately adjacent to, or opposite any curb which has been
<br />
<br />painted red, except that a bus may stop in such a red zone desig-
<br />
<br />nated, marked, or signposted, as a bus loading zone. The 0rdi-
<br />
<br />nance was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1242 and
<br />
<br />adopted as an emergency measure to take effect from and after its
<br />
