Segerstrom and Antone Borchard with reference to flow <br />of runoff surface waters in the City of Santa Ana flooding the <br /> <br />low places on adjoining land causing a hazardous situation. S.A.C.E.A. presented 384 Affirmation of <br />Loyalty cards to the Council which have been signed by all <br />employees of the City. The Council also signed Loyalty cards and <br /> <br />on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Mandy and carried, <br /> <br />the Civil Service Board was requested to have all persons making <br /> <br />In Re <br />Bid <br />Steel Poles <br /> <br />application for employment with the City sign such Affirmation of <br />Loyalty cards. <br />on motion of Trustee Chq~dler, seconded by Mandy and carried, th~ <br />Clerk was authorized to open bid for six steel poles to be used <br /> <br />for the lighting of ball field in the S.A. Dimension of Jars is 6 5/8" x <br />8 3/8" x'2 7/~", f.o.b.
