<br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, all bids
<br />submitted covering the fumishing of an automobile for the Police
<br />Department were rejected and Clerk instructed to return checks to
<br />bidder s.

<br />A motion was made by Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried,
<br />that the City Council meet in legal session starting at 2 P.M.
<br />on the first and third Mondays of the month, rather than at 7:30
<br />P.M. and that Council abandon all secret meetings; Attorney
<br />instructed to prepare Ordinance to change hour of meetings.
