<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandle~ and carried,
<br />
<br />City Attorney was instructed to contact Bonding Attorneys to
<br />ascertain what progress has been made to form sewer and water
<br />district in the southeast portion of the City.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, due
<br />to the showing of low water level in the City water wells, the
<br />Water Superintendent was instructed to modify pumping as of
<br />Thursday, July 7, 1949.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, City
<br />Attorney was instructed to prepare Ordinance prohibiting vehicular
<br />travel through posted areae of public parks.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed,.seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "A Resolution authorizing the condemnation
<br /> of a certain parcel of real property for
<br /> public street purposes and declaring the
<br /> publi'c necessity of said use of said real
<br /> property"
<br />
<br />being Flower St. as the same now exists south of Edinger Street~
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3811 and passed
<br />
<br />by the following vote:
