On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, Opinio~ No. 83 reference subdivision map approval under Ordinance No. 122' was tabled until next meeting. . On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the reports of the Building Department, Judge~s office, Juvenile ~ureau and Police Department, for the month of January, 1950, were received and filed. # On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, the demands as audited by the Finance Committee were approved and Clerk authorized to issue warrants covering demands. # On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, Resolution No. 1~3 cf Placentia Sanitsmy District and Resolution No. 1362 cf City of Fullerton, authorizing and approving ag~eemen' with County of Orange, City of Santa Aha and Orange Coast Junior College District covering the use of a portion of the sewer pipe lines and treatment plant for the disposal of sewage system of the Santa Aha Army Air Base, were received and filed. No written or oral protests were received reference amendment to Zoning Ordinance to reclassify all lots in Tract No. 1339 from "C" District to the R-1 Residence District; said property being portion of the land now in the #C" District between Flower and Lowell Streets, lying north cf Glenwood Place, and on motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare Ordinance to rezone the property. # Mrs. Naomi Jordan, 2049 So. Sycamore St. appeared before the Boa~ requesting reasons why application was denied to teach and manufacture lamp shades in her residence. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, recommendation of Planning Commission was overruled and Attorney instructed to prepare Resolution granting variance.
