Communications were read from Everett A, White and Emma.Ohilders revoking offer to dedicate, for street purposes Lot "X" Tract $51, on subdivision map, being on the north side of Washington Ave. opposite the termination of Artesia St., and from Planning Commis- sion recommending acceptance of the lo$. On motion of Trustee Msmtin, seconded by Reed and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare an order to be presented at the next meeting relieving City's interest in Lot "X", Tract 451, in order to clear title on property. . Communication was read from Civic Beautification Committee advising that the first week in April will be observed fo~ Civic Beautification programs and requesting that City purchase trash containers. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, request was granted. Mrs. Weston Walker appeared before the Board requesting that City Departments use "Civic Beautificati stamp on all outgoing mail and on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, matter was taken under advisement until the next meeting. .
