Reed, Allen A. <br /> Noes Trustees None <br /> Absent Trustees W.J.Cheney <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and csmrted, the <br /> Clerk was instructed to furnish copies of all communications and <br /> activities of 0ouncil in regard to smmdge control to Naa-ion <br /> Secretary, and that Housewives Anti-Smudge Conm~lttee also furnish <br /> all available information to Council. <br /> <br /> Communications were read from Everett A, White and Emma.Ohilders <br /> revoking offer to dedicate, for street purposes Lot "X" Tract $51, <br /> on subdivision map, being on the north side of Washington Ave. <br /> opposite the termination of Artesia St., and from Planning Commis- <br /> sion recommending acceptance of the lo$. On motion of Trustee <br /> Msmtin, seconded by Reed and carried, the City Attorney was <br /> instructed to prepare an order to be presented at the next meeting <br /> relieving City's interest in Lot "X", Tract 451, in order to clear <br /> <br /> title on property. <br /> . <br /> Communication was read from Civic Beautification Committee <br /> advising that the first week in April will be observed fo~ Civic <br /> Beautification programs and requesting that City purchase trash <br /> containers. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and <br /> carried, request was granted.
