On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, matter was referred to Chairman of the Board with power to act. On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and carried, the Minutes of the Executive Board of the Joint Outfall Sewer held at Anaheim, December 6th, 1945, were referred to the Chairman of the Board with power to act. ,, Communication from A.W.Klipp reference to purchase of property located on the south side of Mission Tract in the 2400 block North Main St. for a motel site, was read On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, Clerk was instructed to write Mr. Klipp advisir that as this is park property, if and when the City decides to sell, this property would be sold in whole and not in part. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and carried, notifications of the State Board of Equalizatior of alcoholic beverage applications made by Robert R. Mansfield, 1308 W. 4th St., Pauline E. He Deen, Willie N. Thacker, 404 W. 4th St. to be transferred from John B. Pearson., and George C. Gutz & Joe L. Sandkamp, 415 N. Bush St. to be transferred from Albert Brunet, Charles E. Rees and Clementine M. Roberts, were received and filed. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and carried. application: of E.A.Erb to drive taxicab for Black and Green Cab Co., and application of David T. Tyler to drive taxicab for Broadway Cab Co. and application of Jerry P. Rowan to drive bus for the Santa Aha Bus Co., were granted and Clerk authorized to issue licenses. Request of E.~J. Kunzel for permission to conduct public dances each Wednesday evening, beginning Dec. 26th, 1945 sponsored by the Rollercade Dance & Figure Club, at 838 E. 1st St. was read and ~n motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and carried, request was granted pro- vided such dances are conducted in a proper manner.
