No. 3384 <br /> <br />Declaring Stop <br /> <br />Intersection <br /> <br />Jr. <br /> <br />as the "Independent Cab Co." was referred t o the Taxica~ <br />Commission with power to act. <br /> <br />Damage claim of Annie Casttllo, in the amount of $1000.( <br />for injuries sustained on Nov. 9?, 1944 when she stumble <br />in a hole located between the curb and sidewalk close <br />to the bus stop on Second St. between Shelton and 0live <br />Streets, was read and on motion of Trustee Deckert, <br />seconded by Dixon and carried, the damage claim was <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, house mover's bond of Joe Shoen, in the amount <br />of $1,000.00, written by the Ohio Casualty Insurance <br />Co. of Hamilton, Ohio, was approved. <br /> <br />Agreement between City of Santa Ana and F~anklin ?. <br />Nickey, Jr. relative to exclusive concession of selling <br />confections, tobaccos, etc., at the Municipal Bowl for <br />a period of one year commencing Jan. l, 1945 and ending <br />Dec. 31, 194~ was read and on motion of Trustee Deckert <br />seconded by Cheney and carried, the Mayor and Clerk wer <br />authorized to sign the agreement. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Ordering Improvement" <br /> <br />relative to abandonment of alley extending in an easter] <br />and westerly direction through Block 4 of the Salisbu~y <br />Addition, located in the 1000 block between W. 4th and <br />W. 5th St., was read, considered, designated Resolution <br />No. 3383 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent ,Trustees <br /> <br />Otto R.
