Graeber, <br /> effective Nay 3rd, 1948, as patrolmen, were approved. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and <br /> carried, Minutes of meeting of Executive Board of <br /> Joint Outfall Sewer, held at the Treatment Plant Site <br /> on April 8th, 1945, were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and <br />carried, communication from Fire Chief advising of <br />resignation of Thomas C. Williams, April 1st and <br />appointment of Francis C. Layton on April 16th; <br />resignation of Richard Weeks on March 6th and appoint. <br />ment of Louis Lerno on April 9th; appointment of <br />Wylie Chaney on March lSth and resignation on March <br />~4th; appointment of Richard McGarvin on April 10th, <br />was received and filed. <br /> <br />Communication from Fire Chief recontmending that Paul <br /> <br />N.
