Hunter, 830 S. Main St., and communication and <br /> <br />Resolution No. 57 approving application of J. Gilmaker, <br /> <br />304 No. Broadway, were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Authorizing Lease" <br /> <br />by and between the City of Santa Ana, as Lessor and <br />R.J.Brady and Doris May Brady, his wife, as Lessees, <br />covering a concession in Santiago Park, was read, <br />considered, designated Resolution No. 3431 and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent,Trustees <br /> <br />Dale G. Dec~Brt, W. Eugene Dixon, <br />W.J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Otto R. Haan <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign <br />agreements with the following property owners: Charles <br />E. Walker and Edythe P. Walker, his wife; Norma Y. <br />Minnick and her husband; Ethel G. Wilson, a widow; <br /> <br />Orma Rosana Ross, an unmarried woman; George W. Ross <br />and Daisy M. Ross, his wife; James B. Tucker and Salena <br />F.
