Haan <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, the request of Paul P. Ortega and Joe H. Perez <br />to operate a pool hall at 1030 Logan St., was referred <br />back to the Police Department for written approval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, report of Juvenile Bureau for Dec. 1945 and <br />monthly report for Jan. 1946 and annual report of <br />Police Dept. were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />ca~ried, bond written by the National Automobile and <br />Casualty Insurance Co., in the amount of $1,500.00, in <br />favor of Thatcher & Hollingsworth covering removal of <br />temporary building located on the south side of W. 17th <br />St., 100 ft. East of Patton St., on or before August <br />1st, 1946, was accepted. <br /> <br />On motlmn of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance of 1939 No. 1074" <br /> <br />and that Sheet 44 of the Districting Map of Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 1074 be amended to reclassify as C-I, <br />property located on the east side of South Main St., <br />near the old sugar factory in accordance with applicatic <br />of Clara M. Coleman, was read, considered, designated <br />Ordinance No. 1157 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Dale G Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, <br /> W.J.
