<br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and

<br />carried, the Chairman of the Board was authorized to

<br />sign the necessary leases with various agencies when
<br />
<br />approval has been secured from the City Attorney and
<br />
<br />leases not to exceed a five year period.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and
<br />carried, report of the Building Inspector for October
<br />and report of Judge for October were received and
<br />filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and
<br />carried, the monthly demands as audited by the Finance
<br />Committee were approved and Clerk authorized to draw
<br />warrants covering demands numbering 1129 to 1407
<br />inclusive.

<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the following Resolution entitled:
