Deckert, W.J.Cheney, <br />Asa Hoffman <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees None <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None <br /> <br />A representative of the D.A.V. requested that they be <br />granted permission to sell Forget-me-nots on November <br />8th~9~ and llth and on motion of Trustee Deckert, <br />seconded by Haan and carried, request was granted. <br /> <br />No written or oral protests were received and on motion <br />of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1074" <br /> <br />and that Sheet 18 of the Districting Map of the City of <br />Santa Aha, be amended to reclassify as C-1 all property <br />now classified as R-3, described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> "The East 68 fe~t of the West one-half(W~) of the <br /> Block bounded as follows: On the East by North <br /> Main Street; on the West by North Sycamore Street; <br /> on the North by West Washington Avenue; and on <br /> the South by W. Tenth Street, <br /> <br />in accordance with the application of C.B.Knickerbocker, <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 106 of the <br />Planning Commission granting the building of storage <br />sheds and the open stacking of lumber at 2200 Se.Main <br />St., on property of Lawrence Lumber Co. was approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 108 of the <br />Planning Commission granting variance application of <br />John C. Blystone to conduct a contractors, equipment <br />rental and repair business on site located on the north <br />side of W. 1st St. on a parcel 160'x330, about 800' west <br />of Sullivan Street, was approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Concerning Parki~ Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />establishing a loading zone on the south side of W. 3rd <br />St. between Sycamore and Broadway, located as follows: <br />the East 18 feet of the West 27 feet; was introduced, <br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3§17 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
