<br />On mot~.on of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Haan and
<br />carried, the report of the Police Department .for month
<br />of January, 1946 and reports of Poundmaster for Decembe
<br />1945 and January, 1946, were received and filed.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, bond of S.E.Talbert, housemover, written by the
<br />Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, in the amount
<br />of $1,000.00 and bond of Calvin J. Culp, housemover,
<br />written by the General Casualty Company of America, in
<br />the amount of $1,000.00 were approved, received and
<br />filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice
<br />of hearing in a newspaper of general circulation, ten
<br />days prior to next meeting of the Council on March 4th,
<br />1946, relative to change of zone from R-1 and R-2
<br />Districts to C-2 business district on property described
<br />as follows: Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block "A", Tract No.
<br />511, being located on north side of Roe Drive back of
<br />Weber Baking Co., at 2656 North Main Street, in accord-
<br />ance with the application of Weber Baking Company.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the Committee and on motion of
<br />Trustee Deek$~t, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entltSed:

<br /> "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations Under 0rdinance No. 1030"

<br />establishing a loading zone on the West side of Spurgeon
<br />Street between 5th and 6th Sts., located as follows:
<br />the Northerly 17.5 feet of the Southerly 148.V feet, was
<br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3438 and

<br />days and Clerk authorized to advertise in accordance witl
<br />automobile dealer.s Ordinance.
