In Re <br /> <br />Tract No. 1147 <br /> <br />Siegel & Raub <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Lease with Jack Arutian - <br /> <br />City Dump <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1188 <br /> <br />Calling Special Election <br /> <br />April 9, 1946, Bonded <br /> <br />Indebtedness for <br /> <br />Municipal Improvements <br /> <br />AP PR OVF~D: J <br /> <br />May~r of ~ City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, com~aunication from City Engineer stating that <br />Ordinance No. 349 covering subdivisions stipulates that <br />sidewalks be constructed and recommending that no sctiom <br />be taken towards approving map of Tract No. 1147, as <br />submitted by Siegel & Raub until an easement has been <br />furnished, was held over until next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Decker,, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute <br />agreement with Jack Arutian on behalf of the City of <br />Santa Ana covering the operation of the City Dump for a <br />period of three years, beginning ~Tarch 1st, 1946. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the Auditor was authorized to obtain sealed <br />quotations on the drilling of a City well at the Dump; <br />such quotations to be opened at the next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the Purchasing Agent wRs authorized to order <br />overhead tank and pump for the City well to be used at <br />the Dump. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, <br /> <br />seconded by Cheney and <br /> <br />c~rried, the following 0rdiman6e entitled: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, <br />California, Ordering, Calling, and <br />Providing for and giving Notice of a <br />Special Election to be held in said <br />City on Tuesday, April 9, 1946, for the <br />Purpose of Submitting to the Qualified <br />Voters of said City Four Propositions <br />to Incur Bonded Indebtedness by Said <br />City for Certain Municipal Improvements" <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1158 <br /> <br />and passe8 by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent,Councilmen <br /> <br />Dale G. Deckert, Otto R. Haan, <br />W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />W.
