The north <br />fifty feet of said property to be reclassified as C-1 <br />and the balance of the said property to be reclassified <br />to R-3, in accordance with application of Mary S.Watkins <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on <br />motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hearing <br />in a newspaper of general circulation, ten days prior to <br />next meeting of the Cotuacil on April 1st, 1946, relative <br />to amendment to Zoning Ordinance of the following <br />described property, to-wit: 8.28 acres, lying between <br />Patton St. on the east and Flower St. on the west, <br />Fifteenth Street on the south and Seventeenth St. on th <br />north, excepting the north 150 feet thereof, as follows <br />the north fifty (50) fe~t of said property to be re- <br />classified as C-1 and the balance of the said property <br />to be reclassified to R-3, in accordance with applicati¢ <br />of James B.
