No. 1074 <br /> <br />Weber Baking Co. <br /> <br />i59 <br /> <br />St. <br /> <br />next meeting of the Council on April !st, 1946, relative <br />to amendment to Zoning Ordinance of the following <br />described property, to-wit: 10.61 acres of land, <br />bounded on the east by Ross St. on the west by Patton <br />St. on the north by Seventeenth St. excepting therefrom <br />the south 25 feet and the north 150 feet. The north <br />fifty feet of said property to be reclassified as C-1 <br />and the balance of the said property to be reclassified <br />to R-3, in accordance with application of Mary S.Watkins <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on <br />motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hearing <br />in a newspaper of general circulation, ten days prior to <br />next meeting of the Cotuacil on April 1st, 1946, relative <br />to amendment to Zoning Ordinance of the following <br />described property, to-wit: 8.28 acres, lying between <br />Patton St. on the east and Flower St. on the west, <br />Fifteenth Street on the south and Seventeenth St. on th <br />north, excepting the north 150 feet thereof, as follows <br />the north fifty (50) fe~t of said property to be re- <br />classified as C-1 and the balance of the said property <br />to be reclassified to R-3, in accordance with applicati¢ <br />of James B. Tucker. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on <br />motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Haan and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hearing <br />in a newspaper of general circulation, ten days prior to <br />next meeting of the Council on April 1st, 1946, relativel <br />to change of zone from R-3 to M-1 all property now withi~ <br />the following described exterior boundary line, to-wit: <br />The East one-half (E½) of Blocks 64, 65, 66 and 67 of <br />Santa Aha East, also known as the area bound on the East <br />by Poinsettia Street, on the north by Vance Street, the <br />South by East Sixth Street and on the west by the alley <br />running north and south immediately to the we~t of <br />Poinsettia Street, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney snd <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1OV4" <br /> <br />and that Sheet No. ~3 of the Districting Map of the City <br />of Santa Ana be amended to reclassify as C-2 all propert <br />now classified as R-1 and R-2 and lying within the <br />exterior boundary line of the property described as <br />follows: Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block "A", Tract No. 611, <br />in accordance with application of Weber Baking Co., was <br /> <br /> <br />
